My name is Shannon, I live in Pukekohe, New Zealand with my fiancé and our five year old daughter.
I have had a love of writing since I was a teenager, when I wrote a few short stories and even started writing two books. Writing has always been my forte and I excelled in English.
My hobbies include horses, (in particular showing and showing Standardbred horses), dogs, music/listening to music (I couldn't live without music!), going to live concerts, sports/watching sports, the races (gallops, harness and greyhounds!), baking and spending time with my little girl.
I love fitness and used to do a lot of running, swimming and cycling, Les Mills BodyAttack, BodyPump and BodyStep classes. I also competed in three Fitness Model/Sports Model competitions. I enjoyed entering and participating in running events (I competed in five Half Marathons and many 5km and 10km runs), ocean swim events, the Bissell Women's Triathlon Series and Panasonic People's Duathlon Series events. They were all so much fun! :)
