Can Fitbit be Causing Unhealthy Behaviors?

I spend my days making complex information unstandable, usable, and, yes, even interesting. While I enjoy being able to show off knowledge I already have, I find the opportunity to research new topics more exciting. There's nothing I love more than learning new things, incorporating them into my knowledge bank, and sharing what I've learned with others. Due to this acquisitive nature of mine, I have a basic level of understanding of most topics, with a research talent that allows me to write competently on anything that I could be asked to.
